Returns
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
We will provide a replacement if available after verification, or offer credit/refund if a replacement isn't possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom furniture and items made to client specifications cannot be cancelled or refunded. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Return Process
Please email sales@alfrescoliving.co.nz to initiate returns for damaged or faulty items. Photographic evidence of damage may be required.
