Returns

Damaged or Faulty Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement if available upon verification of the issue. If the item is not replaceable we will provide a credit or refund.

Exclusions: Furniture or any item, including Society Limonta products and orders that have been designed or manufactured to client specifications can not be cancelled or refunded. 

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before finalising your purchase.

Return Process: To initiate a return/exchange for a damaged or faulty item, please email us on sales@alfrescoliving.co.nz

We may require photographic evidence of the damage or fault to expedite the return process.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
